An example of "customer service" at GI. This is a few days worth of me emailing and in-game reporting regarding my game DISAPPEARING ENTIRELY and starting over at Level 1 for no apparent reason. It doesn't include all my nastygrams to them, just one. Read from top to bottom. The bottom one led them to give me 100 greens (this is what I meant about boycotting GI in a forum post yesterday).
They restored my old game, but it was like pulling teeth and they couldn't explain why the game disappeared. Took two weeks to get it fixed. To make it worse, while I was getting IGNORED by Kate for several days, more than once in those two weeks, I was getting automated emails "from her" stating that they hadn't heard from me and had closed my ticket. Kate Millar was replaced by Mary Lempp and I've not had Kate on a ticket since. Sure makes me feel better to share the misery here in iPF with real neighbors!

You seem to be telling me to "vote with my feet" and take my attention, time and money to other companies and games. Airport City is a fascinating game, but I cannot sink my valuable time into a company that doesn't respond in 72 hours to a simple question or take responsibility or accountability for game crashes and so much time lost because of that. Can I get some kind of answer...?
