Shoot, I was hoping that we could pick up hydraulic tools. I've used 14 so far on my UFOs and only got 2 items. At this rate, it's going to take a long time to finish the collections.

Yes it might take the 13 days .... It's taking ages but happy to have a quest and the chance to get more stars

Morning all....Disaster for Rigby's City this morning. My lad was in tears when I woke up. He has only gone and deleted his Mission control centre level 2 by mistake. He was trying to upgrade his runway and deleted it. He's having to start again with mission control centre level 1.

I don't know who was more upset, me or him.......lol

Any help towards getting his launch's back up & running would be most appreciated.

Lukehakesley level 40. Need Propellers. My son's airport is called 'Rigby's city'. He needs 4 server racks, 4 video walls, 2 smoke detectors,2 Ergonomic chairs,1 video board,1 robotic lawnmower & 3 goal posts.

I think I will just stop playing This should remain a pleasure and I am more and more annoyed with GI!

There is their answer about the hydraulic tools which should always be there and are not for me (13 flights now and only one dropped)

There is always a chance to get the item dropped from flights though it might take you some time to receive it. Some items are harder to come by than others, but in general, sending a lot of planes to flights helps to get the stuff faster. Keep it up and I have no doubt you will succeed! Anyway I shall transfer your request to our specialists.

I don't know it might be because I'm French, but I don't have the same definition as them for the word Always!! Quests were now the only thing that kept me playing (and the forum), but they always messed up.​

Please don't give up Tele, we all know GI are a pain and they're definitions are certainly different to mine.

Why don't you help Luke's boy Rigby rebuild his control centre, or maybe add his iPhone game randy bobandy. At least you can feel as if you have achieved something, unlike these frustrating quests

GI are dumbasses, there is a lot of bugs in this game :-( I has same problem with stuff needed to fuel station 3 and after weeks I bought this stuff :-(

I now only write to GI for shear amusement. I try and guess which of their standard replies they will send me in response to my problem. They never send an original response from an actual human being.
As to the hydraulic problem, mine (like some others on the forum) started dropping from every flight right around the point where you are now. It was really frustrating up till then! Keep at it just a little longer and you will get to that spot where they start to drop. You really are almost there! (Providing your game is working like some of the rest of ours) we'll miss you if you leave us! And you know you're addicted.....

So sorry about Rigby! I can send a lawnmower again today but I'm afraid I have nothing for Mission Control! I will add Randy Bobandy too but let me know what you need.
