Although there are workarounds that may work to one degree or another, the general answer is "no." iPad wil not support Flash now or in the future.
In fact, Adobe has discontinued work on the mobile version of Flash.
There are plenty of threads on here on the subject and is sometimes a hotly contested/debated subject that you really don't want to open yourself up for.
