Accidentally plugging iPod into iPad charger?

It's simply not significant. The difference between 5.0 and 5.1 is just not enough to make any difference.

I do think the same, but can't understand why did they did it.

Slightly different slant on this...when I charge my iPod Nano with my iPad charger, the device gets a electrostatic tingle all around it. Went to the Apple store and was told this was definitely a BAD thing to do, but the guy couldn't tell me why! Has anyone else experienced this (the tingle, not the useless Apple store advice)?

There is no harm using an iPad charger for an iPod as I use to charge iPod and iPad from only one charger.
