i have 1 problem in the new ipad 3rd generations the new ipad it is very hot

why ?

is there is any solve for it ??

Definitely search the forums for other threads on this issue and it's contributing factors. Are you playing high graphic games for extended periods of time?

When in doubt, simply exchange it.

Odd. My 2 week old iPad (3) runs nice and cool. I wonder if there's an ap that shows how many processes are running in an iPad? Sort of like Ctrl-Alt-Del in windows?
