Walmart to start selling non-4g ipads at 12:01am

The title says it all, can anyone confirm this for me? My source is msnbc.com.

My Walmart didn't elaborate when speaking to my secretary earlier today, and she is not iQualified so she didn't ask... but they told her they have 5 "$898 model" iPads to release at midnight. I assume they meant $829, and that would make them wifi & 4G.
