VLC App?

Ok, all the movies I try to play on the thing say that my iPad isn't fast enough... or something. From what I understand all iPads are really the same, you can't customize them. Same CPU, same RAM, same graphics processors. The only thing you can customize is the memory capacity, and I got the 64 GB wifi model...

So why did they even bother making a VLC app if the device itself is not powerful enough to run it? Or am I doing something wrong here?

I have no problem with mine so far, could it be with your router speed?

The router? Doesn't that have to do with the internet? Why would the movie player be dependent on my internet connection?

The router is your wifi communication controller. Your iPad communicates through it to your computer.
