Using SHSH on a different iPad.

Okay so I had to replace my iPad 2 because the volume stopped working on it and now I have an iPad preinstalled with 4.3.5. If I have my SHSHs saved from the one I returned, will I be able to use it to downgrade to 4.3.3?

No, unfortunately your shsh blob is based unique device ID and cannot be taken to another device looks like you are going to have to wait for iOS 5 and a jailbreak there.... No going back now.
