Basically I uninstalled them from Cydia, resprung the device, but when I go into the settings, the btstack and btmouse sections are both still there. Any way to get rid of them?

I had this "problem" a while ago and if I remember correctly...

Go to your Installed tab on Cydia. At the upper right is a button titled Simple. Press it and it should change to Expert. With that button showing, see if you can find BTmouse. If you do, you can then select it and do the normal uninstall process.

That's what I think I remember doing. Of course, now that my BTmouse is gone from settings, I can't check ... so I hope this is it and helps. Good luck.

Thanks, this did help! Though I seem to be stuck with the btstack because it is required for some of the emulators.

If you don't mind, could you please tell me why you have decided to uninstall them? I am about to put them on my iPad for keyboard and mouse ops, and would like to hear of any really bad experiences - prompting some to abort that idea.

Thanks,

No experiences, for some reason I've downloaded them from Cydia, but I have neither a Bluetooth mouse or keyboard xP so I got rid of them during my app purge
