Unable to Sync

    Please help, I am so frustrated! I'm getting two error messages when I try to sync my iPad with iTunes. One says the required file cannot be found and the other says a duplicate file has been identified (or something like that). What do these mean and how do I fix these issues? It did update, thank goodness, but that's it; it won't even restore. I do have the latest version of iTunes and I am on a Dell and my iPad is a 64gb 3G. Thanks in advance to anyone who has any suggestions! :)
