Welcome back. I have my main game on iPhone, where it takes a lot if time to download the assets, which does not happen on iPad.

I have not been able to load the game on my iPhone for around two months, so just playing on the iPad now.

Hi Frenetta, Good to see you again. Regarding AC: congratulations on changing one addiction to another (Tribez). I'm struggling to get rid of at least one of these games ;)

Thanks everyone for the welcome!

The snow globe is actually called a snow hut.
The Christmas tree is actually called a New Year Tree.
Everything happens on the Island of the Ancients.

To do the quest that requires neighbours' help you do need various commodities.

The quest is called the Dino Snowman quest (I think).

When someone initiates the quest, you need to achieve 100 point within the 24 hours from start.

The things needed to get the points are:
Shovels worth 1 point within the quest. Get these from the patches (drop frequently from 3 minute watermelons).
Mittens worth 2 points drop sometimes from nice huts.
New Sculpting Tools worth 3 points drop from Houses.
Snowballer worth 4 points drops from Cave.
Bucket worth 5 points drops from Airplane.

(The last 2 are from memory and I may have them mixed ie bucket might be from cave).

The Snowballer and Bucket are the hardest to find, not least because each search takes 1 hour and there's only one cave and one airplane. They then drop very rarely.

The only possible way to achieve the 100 points on your own is if you have 20 buckets because each individual player only has 20 actions in the quest. 20 x 5 would give the 100 points needed.
I don't think that 20 buckets is possible as I only got one after searching all day.

I believe that the reward is snowballs and these are used to buy gifts in the store. I think that gifts contribute somehow to the completion of the New Year Tree.

It seems rather complex and difficult, but these quests are often achievable once you properly understand what you are doing!!!

In the meantime, look out for the buckets, snowballers, and new sculpting tools etc. Try to gather as many as possible. Check the blue Dino tag within your inventory to see how many you have.

Once there are a few of us with sufficient progress and commodities we can try to start a joint quest search. You will know that you're ready to start when you click on the Dino symbol in the top right of your screen and it indicates that you can begin the quest. I think this happens when you have the snow hut and the new year tree in place.

If anyone knows more then please advise.

Agree this is a hard quest , once you have the tree and snow hut you need to find five ice keys in the snow hut to get to the next stage...

For AC additional radars please , tribez code =f517jes.

I agree. It seems quite hard to complete any quests on Tribez without using crystals

Yes, that's true, didn't bother with the last two. I won't spend money with GI, which is why I will probably fail with this one. Have you found any use for coal yet? Apart from the fire stations that is.

You need it to make polunarium.

Guessed that would be the case, still need a couple of bellows yet before I can start on that.
Polunarium foundry can be built on Piedmont Island. With polunarium, you can build rock houses (gives 3 workers), and also a Dino Coaster...which looks ok but doesn't do much apart from complete a quest.
Does anyone understand what the fire station thingy actually does when activated?

Working on that one, finally got the last couple of bellows, thanks to the friends that sent them. The coal factory is now under construction there, hopefully the Polunarium foundry is next. So far as I can make out the Fire station just prevents Murlords setting fire to stuff while it is active. Considering that job can be done easily with a few watch towers which only use a little food, and the Fire station can quickly use up your Crystals if you happen to tap the wrong button. All it would seem to be useful for is completing the quest on the Isle of the ancients.

That's what I thought. Fire station quite useless so it's perhaps a candidate for demolition once the quest is finished. I'll leave it until I need the space.
Getting coal and polunarium is costly in terms of resources so it takes some effort.

Yes I agree, Firestation is quite useless, But needed to complete the quest, I am too running out of resources
and it is quite expensive, the Coal factory needs wood and lumber , what does the polunarium factory need to make it ?

Polunarium requires cole, copper and fuel plus 4 workers so it's all rather resource-costly.
