How can I move specific music files from iTunes on my iPad to iTunes on my iPhone?

Sync via the cloud, or via iTunes on a computer, or via wifi and a computer, or email it to your device.

iTunes on your PC/Mac is probley the easiest next to using the cloud. Make sure all the music on your iPad and iPhone is also in your iTunes on your PC/Mac. From iTunes on the computer check all the songs you want to transfer and then connect your iPhone, then hit sync. Just make sure you backup all your music in iTunes on your computer or in the cloud then you can connect either device and transfer the songs you want.
