Watched his Stanford address a while ago and was impressed. Inspirational. No wonder he's a great salesman.

He has trained three of the best people to hold the fort while he is gone. Apple is in good hands, but it takes three experts at the top of their field to replace him, and that only covers the expertese, not the showman and the visionary. It is not unusual for people with a transplant to have issues pop up, so I think Jobs will be OK.
