Splashtop on University Network

Hi,

I bought splashtop remote with the intention of using it so I could see files on my computer while I was at my university campus, but I can't establish a connection between the ipad and the computer, is it just to do with the fact that im on a university network? I have used it once at home and it worked fine.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that the Apple Remote app doesnt work either

Hi there, a Splashtop Remote app update planned for mid-November (v1.2) will have significantly expanded connection capabilities that may help in your case. Sorry it is not working now...
