I hope I can explain this correctly. Before ios 7, I was able to go to a web page and search for a key word on that site. Is this possible with ios 7?

Many websites do have a Search feature, like this:

This may help. When on a web page in Safari tap on the search input box at the top centre of the screen.type your keyword. If it appears on the page you will see an entry "On this page" and the numbers of times it appears. Tap it and the screen will change to show the first occurance. Jf there are more than one occurances, then there is a a navigation area at the end of the screen. Admittedly this only searches a single page, but hope it helps.
