Problem with app updates?

My App Store shows a red 3 like I have 3 updates but when I click on it, nothing. No updates, nothing shows up. I restarted a few times...I did a hard reset more than once ...still the red 3? Anyone else experience this?

I just signed out and then signed back in. Still says 3 updates, but none there?
