Port Forwarding on my router to use with Splashtop

If anyone understand how to properly set up port forwarding on a netgear wireless router, the N300 WNR2000, would you please drop me a line?

I want to set up Splashtop so I can access my laptop at home with my iPad. I need to set up port forwarding and my external IP (which I have) to do this.

Not familiar with your device, but this site seems to have your router listed.
Go to simpleportforwarding dot com I've bought some of his apps for the IPad and they do the job.
I'd give a url, but since I'm a newbie I can't.
