Is there a danger of sniffing on open wifi? I'm at work and want to download a game, but it's too large for 3g. My employer has an open wifi for the guests, but don't know if they ever make sure no one's running anything bad on it.

Apart of the possibility to sniff in open WiFis (which of course is possible) - do you spend your working time on browsing for and downloading games?

I'm a Blackjack Dealer at a casino. We get a 20 minute break every hour, lol.

Often my iPad2 connects to another unsecured WiFi because his signal is stronger than mine. Mostly I don't even notice that it has done it.
