Nesting Of Folders: Possible ?

Hello,

Have created a bunch of Folders, with icons in them on iPad3.

Any way of having Folders within Folders; guess the right term is "nesting" ?

Any APP for ?

No its not possible.

Maybe with jailbreak but I'm not sure about that.

iOS does not support nesting of folders. If you do it through any mechanism, I would suspect any backups or other standard iOS utility programs to potentially be corrupt, and things like temporary file cleanup internally to the OS to fail.
