When in your mail and it sends you to a different site how to return back to your mail

Quickly double-press your Home button and select your email client. You can switch between your browser and your email client. Also, a row of icons will be displayed. If you long-press one of them, you can remove the unwanted programs by pressing the little red X. I close them all except for the programs I am using.
