iPad completely locked

I have a problem With my ipad. Here is what's wrong:

Siri is activated, and speaks when I touch the screen.
When I try to enter the 4 digit code, nothing happenes
I'ts lost it's wi-fi Connection.
Restarting it does not help
Pressing Home button Three times does not help.
Icloud can not Access it because it's not online
Connecting to iTunes does not help, because I need to enter the 4 digit code to Access it...

Any tips?

If you use Find my iPad, access www.icloud.com/find on a computer, login, select your iPad and erase your device.

If that's not possible, use recovery mode to restore it:
