Ipad 2 problem

Hy everybody, I bought an iPad 2 about 9 month ago, there was no problem with it.But about a week ago when I was browsing some sites on the Internet in the Safari and after switching to the appstore with multitasking, the contour of the Safari stayed in the window, but at the same time I downloaded an app from the appstore.So this is my problem. Can anybody help me? Is this a hardware problem? I'm on IOS 6.1 and I restored the iPad, but the problem is still there.

Try reboot/reset of your iPad. Hold the On/Off and home buttons down simultaneously until the screen blacks out. Keep holding until the white Apple logo appears and then let go both buttons. (ignore the on/off slide if it appears). Keep patiently looking at that apple until the iPad has rebooted. Slide to On and that should improve things -- something Apple recommends should be done about monthly. Any good?
