Ipad 2 microphone problem...

I am having problems with my microphone of my ipad 2,i saw that the model of the ipad may or may not interfere on this problem,mine is 3g.Please someone help.

You dont say what the problem with your microphone is. My microphone suddenly started to just pick up static noise and was totally unusable. I took the ipad to the apple store where they swapped it or a new ipad.

I am having the same problem. How does one save all the data for transfer to a new iPad?

Just do a sync, when you get a new iPad and plug it in iTunes will ask if you want to set it up from a backup, choose that option.
