All the horror stories of OS upgrades.

I'm on factory IOS 4.2.1 and don't want to screw things up by upgrading to 4.3.

For all you staying with V1, how long before you upgrade your OS???

I'm not going to jump in up front, either - no need to rush into it since my current OS is working perfectly. (I think I upgraded to 4.2.1 about two months after it came out.)
