iBooks problem downloading books

    Anyone have this problem? Store says book is downloaded via iBooks, book shows up on iBooks shelf, but is empty except for a few pages, each of which lists a weird error message about 'no content'.
    Already tried resetting and reloading everything. Error still occurs.
