Your App Store obviously has changed to another country. That will happen from time to time, when you tap a link, or an App Store link you follow through your browser.

To get back to your country, go to App Store - Featured, scroll down to your Apple ID, tap it and sign out. Then sign in again, using your existing Apple ID. You should be redirected to your country, and updating apps should work again.
