Hi there...
I would like to develop an apps for iPad / iPhone very similar to ALice in wonderland for iPad and if anyone understands the whole step-by-step process of developing such an apps it will be really helpful, because a got the story line and the idea how it should look like, but i really don't know much about programing nor animation.

What you need is to commission a programmer. I'm sure someone here'll be able to point you in the right direction.
