Help - Quickoffice Pro on Ipad - "Contents Unavailable" when entering App

    Thanks Received:
    Upon entering Quickoffice and selecting "On.... iPad" I receive a message "Contents Unavailable - The contents of the directory could not be retrieved. Please check the network connection and account settings." Hence cannot access any of my saved documents - I am a sad Ipad. Help appreciated.
