GPS on wifi only

Did anybody tried the new application
Bluetooth GPS By Pamgoo Software to connect bluetooth GPS to the ipad?

I'm searching for a similar app, I.e. Allowing the connection of a bluetooth gps device with my iPad wifi only.

I think that the app you referred to "Bluetooth gps" allows the sharing of the gps on the iPad with other device which do not have gps, rather than the other way round. But I may be wrong.

I looked over most of GPS related threads for the iPad2 wifi only.
I am trying to find a low cost solution, with not much success, so far.
I was hoping that an application, overriding the existing limitation will come....
