Frash update question

I installed frash .01 a couple of weeks ago using the manual way by creating a cydia folder inside the media folder and then creating a auto install folder inside the cydia folder and putting the frash.deb .01 in that folder. I did this because the benm.at website was down under cydia. Now the benm.at cydia site is back with frash .02. Do I have to remove the old folders if I reinstall frash via benm.at cydia or will this new .02 overwrite the old frash in the same folder that I created or will I screw everything up? TIA.
