I wish there were more pictures with dudes holding them from a distance so we could see how feminine they look.

Pretty funny. But think of it. There are certain environments where a man purse looks perfectly ok. Trade shows, airports, subways. But everywhere else, :p

Yea, I just picked up this Targus bag at Best Buy:
    Targus - CityGear Netbook Case - Black/Gray - TSM097US

I needed something more to put headphones, charger, MiFi etc in when traveling, but uh, yea, it doesn't look good carrying it. At least in airports everybody has some sort of bag, so it doesn't look as bad. But it kicks ass on carrying a big laptop bag!!

I was searching the internet to see what they had to say about messenger bags, and generally the rule seems to be ok fashion wise.

You may be right, but you are the one who reminded us of the Hangover scene.

Yeah but there is a big difference between a small leather purse that hangs by your hip and a black nylon bag that sits on your back.

I agree that satchel from the Hangover and a Timbuk2 bag are two totally different things.

Why not a backpack? They come in all different shapes and sizes. That's my choice.

Well I ended up ordering one to see from eBags, they have a great return policy so it's no issue.

I like this one because it's smaller...with my bookbag I have a ton of extra space...so I just wanted to try this.

I just received my case logic sling (small) and it fits the iPad perfectly, also leaving a bunch of compartments for other stuff too... Now I'm dreading it looking like a man purse ahh...

Anyways here it is. Tell me what you think :X
