Flashing line

I did a jailbreak on a iPad 4 iOS 6.1.. There is a thin white line flashing on the left side of my screen going from top to bottom... It flashes about every second... Anyone else have this happening....

I doubt that is the jailbreak itself. Sounds more like an incompatible tweak. Can you give us a list of everything you have installed via Cydia? You've been experimenting with a lot of themes from what I can tell, so I'd ensure you have all those deactivated first.
