Question to you and others! My prepper is now stuck in a tunnel forever visiting. Prior to this happening, a msg popped up saying internet connection was down. It's up now. Still in visiting mode though. The other day, I lost all my friends in my tunnel for a few days andthen they just reappeared on their own. Hoping this happens again with being stuck in the tunnel.
Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated! Ps... I still haven't signed into FB.

I would sign in with FB ASAP! If something happened to your device, or if the game refused to reset and you needed to delete the game and re-download from the App Store, then you would lose everything. If your game is saved to FB, you can get everything (or almost) back.

My prepper gets stuck in the tunnel all the time (I have too many friends!). To reset the game: exit the game, double press the home button, when the active list comes up on the bottom of the screen press and hold the game icon, when it shakes let go and press the red x. Press the home button again to exit the list. You can then return to the game and your prepper will not be in the tunnel.

Anyone ever get a problem with the premium prepper at above that kinda force you to buy them with 1 diamond? I get one and i have click cancel for a thousand times but he still wont go away and i could not get rewards from other standing behind him and new prepper alos couldnt join me, pls help how to get rid of them

Moving in friends and finding specialized preppers

I don't know if someone has asked this already but I've been working on getting a ton of friends which hasn't been working so well because most people who played last year have given up... Anyway I have been using the promo codes for the extra floors and I've only once been able to move in a friend to fill a specialized prepper slot for one of those rooms. Does anyone else know if you move in the preppers are those rooms just rare enough that you are better off to just buy them with diamonds? I keep getting "observation" and "information" specialists I don't know it's probably a dumb question but I'm curious. And since I'm "not allowed" to post my bunker code here please go to the friend forum and my code is the one in red on the very last page please please go add me!

Oh year are there codes for supplies, diamonds, and gold that I've missed??

That's a new one to me. I did have a guy I had to cancel a couple times, but not that many. If you have tried resetting the game and he is still stuck there, then I would go to G5 entertainment's website and open a request for help.

I've never seen/heard of any codes for anything other than specialty floors. And yes, they are pretty rare, but they do show up. I have built all the promo code floors and only have one (Canteen) where I have not received a specialist. I'm a miser and refuse to pay for preppers. Good Luck

The 1 diamond prepper thing has happened to me. What has to happen is you click the elevator button and the thing pops up to buy him. If you click cancel right away, he says there to pester you again. If you click the elevator button, and then WAIT for him to actually enter your elevator, THEN click cancel, he will go away. If you go up to the top you can see this happen otherwise just wait. It takes longer than you think so you'll have to wait a bit. If you click cancel too quickly, he will stay in place, and you'll have to keep repeating the pattern forever.

My tunnels always show first aid kits and my blue "to-do" icon always includes at least all my tunnels making it unusable for jumping to the next floor that needs attention. Even though I have collected all the first aid kits it keeps showing that I need to go into the tunnel to collect first aid kits.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Should I bite the bullet and buy the premium elevator? It seems as if the game is just going to up the value of all the elevators until I'll land up spending more supplies and or diamonds in the long run. Thanks!

i got the same issue with quite a number of people here. there is the health pack thingy even though i went to visit all my friends. and it's really very troublesome to scroll through all the floors. anyone with solutions? it also states my internet connect is broken, even when i'm using wifi to connect.
