I have transferred my photo albums from my PC to my Ipad .
How do I delete individual photos from my Ipad?
I can't locate a delete sign or the rubbish sign anywhere.
Hi Bozena,
Welcome to the forum.
At the top of the photo viewing screen there is a menu. The menu is there in camera roll or album view. Tap the right hand edit button to call up the menu from which you can delete photos.
Tap on the photo you want to delete. A check mark in a blue circle appears when you select. Scroll through and tap on each photo you want to delete. When you've selected all you want to delete tap delete at the left end of the menu.
Now, it's important to note that your camera roll holds every photo. If you set up albums, the photos in each album are links to the camera roll. So, if you are deleting photos from the camera roll you will be asked "Delete everywhere?" Confirm you want to do this.
If you delete photos from an album, the links are killed. The originals will be there in the camera roll.

Finally, a very useful tip, IMO. The iPad manual can be downloaded from here...
