Can't use my Mini2 on Delta flights

Hi all I'm new to this forum and I hope someone can help me. I fly Delta a lot for work and when I try to get on their in flight entertainment with my mini 2, I get the message that says my Browser Is Not Compatible. I use Safari and have tried using Google Chrome but I get the same message.Has anyone used their Mini on Delta without problems.Thanks

Yes I read that and I do all that it says and my browser is Safari and it still doesn't work.
