Cannot sign into Apple discussions forums

For 3 weeks I waas unable to sign into the Apple Discussions forums. Eventually got it fixed a few days ago fixed by Apple (after 3 weeks).

But this morning I'm back with the same problem. When I try to visit
https://discussions.apple.com/
I'm getting redirected to
https://discussions.apple.com/___sbsstatic___/maintenance.html
(the 'We'll be back soon...' message page).

Others seeing the same?

Had the same yesterday, but I seldom go there. So, no idea how long tis has been going on.

Maybe whatever was wrong got fixed?
