Can see sync app in itunes on IPAD Screen not on IPAD

I have an app that I downloaded through ITUNES. I synced my apps which worked great. The app shows synced and in ITUNES shows on the IPAD as an icon. However, when I go to the IPAD it is not there. I am totally lost. It is not on Screen 2, hence I did the swipe.

Has anyone seen this or know how to make it appear?

I had this happen a couple of times. Try deselecting the app, uninstalling, recheck the app, resync.

I had a couple of bugs just like this so I just started doing all the downloading through the app store on the iPad instead of through iTunes.

yeah just uncheck it, synce and recheck it and synce agian.

normaly just making any change to whats being synced over fixes these type of issues.
