Camera stuck

when I launch my camera it becomes stuck as if you were looking at the shutter in the closed position. With some manuvering I can get the camera to go from front to back. I can take a pic of myself and when I try to get it to go back to the front camera it is still stuck like the shutter again. Anyone else experience this problem?

Try closing the camera program in the multitask bar, then reopening it.

If that doesn't work, try a reboot.

Still having problems, restore to factory settings (backup first)

And if all else fails, off to the Apple store with a hardware failure.
