Are apps from jailbroken iPad transfered to unjailbroken iPad 2?

Hello everyone.

I have a jailbroken iPad 1 with many apps installed via a piracy-enabling tweak. They're all transfered to my iPhone 4 (jailbroken as well) when I plug my iPad on my PC, and later my iPhone 4.

I wonder if the same apps could be transferred to an iPad 2? That would solve the bigger problem of not having a jailbroken iPad 2 (buying apps, that is).
