I could not find an ipa file for it if anybody can make an ipa for it

We don't provide IPAs for people. If you want this app, go to the App Store and purchase it (it's $84.99, USD). If someone were to provide you with the IPA and you DIDN'T get it from the App Store, both of you would be pirates. In other words, getting IPAs of apps you do not buy is stealing.

This forum does not support, help or condone piracy or stealing. Not only is piracy against this forum's rules, it's illegal.

Please, do yourself a favor. Stop looking to steal the app and go purchase it. This thread is closed.
