Any Game Help for a Newbie?

This is my first ipad . It is an ipad2. How does one download a game on ipad that was purchased on the computer from a game site. It is a Hidden Object game that was purchased online for an ipad. It is in my Apps but just keeps saying WAITING under the icon. I's been like that for 2 days. I must have done something wrong. I did hook it up to the computer and thought it would just download itself from the apps page. Thanks

Usually, the only way you can download an app from the iPad is via the AppStore (via the icon or iTunes). I've never heard of paying for a game to download outside of the AppStore and then download it. In fact, I'm 99.9% sure it can't be done.

Are you sure you're not trying to access a wep app?

Yes, it can be done. Don't know if I can mention the website or not but they have games for ipad and iphones. I figured out how to do it and the game did download on my ipad. I just clicked on the play button on the site and it goes into my iTunes page and I download it from there. Thanks though for the info.

Ok then. So, let me repeat: the only way you can legally get apps is from the AppStore.
