Hi Frenetta,

Hate to break the bad news but no one can gift shampoo and you can't get them anywhere, so you have to buy them. :-(

Also, some reminders about other items:

SHAMPOO - purchase with cash only
CHAIRS - from flights only
DEFROSTERS - from flights only

BENCHES - Get from flights to Goa, Rio, New York and Cyprus

Yup, and also the only drops I get are "NULL" and the neighbours I could see during the day when I couldn't access them who had stadia, Brazilian property etc, all of a sudden have nothing. Time to turn to another way to relax....drink never let's you down!

Shampoo is the item that are required to open a Hotel can be obtained from your friends. The thing is that each player has only one of the four items in the list of gifts which can be sent to other players. The more friends you have, the higher is the chance that you will get all items you need.

If you want to get a shampoo from your friends you can provide them with the following instruction:
To send a gift please, tap the Gift button in the bottom menu -> choose a gift (shampoo) and a friend (you) they want to send it.

They can also send a gift through the Neighbors menu. To open the Neighbors menu tap the Sociality button (the button with 3 people in the bottom menu) -> another button with 3 people. To send a gift choose the Neighbors tab -> tap Send a Gift and choose a gift.

Well I guess those people should know. I must admit I have wondered how people have been asking for things I couldn't send, so maybe this makes sense. I've got no shampoo, and never have, but if you have any any Benches, Goal Posts or Mowers, please send them my way!
