YouTube not working on safari Internet browser

Hi when I go on safari browser and try to go on YouTube it loads but stays a blank screen where as every other website I go on works has anyone else had this problem or no how I can resolve it ? Thanks

Try clearing the cache and cookies in Settings > Safari.

If that does not work, try a Restart and/or Reset.

Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears.

Reset: Hold down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will reboot. This usually takes a bit longer than a restart.
