Youtube not available

I've looked all over and can't find a fix for this. When I try to save a video or subscribe to a YouTube video or channel I get "Youtube not available". Is there a fix for this or am I out of luck? I've attached a screenshot..

Interesting, have you checked your settings (wifi?) to make sure you are properly connected? Whenever I get an error message online, it's usually because my device has linked up with a secondary (weak) adapter instead of the actual router.

Yeah I did. I was watching the videon when this happened.
