Word Table data not showing up in email attachments

Sorry if this is on here elsewhere...

I cannot read the table data in Word docs (that show as .docx). A company that I deal with sends out invoices in word and I can se the layout and other data fine, but the table with the important stuff in it is blank.

well, one thing you might try is ask them to save their word invoices as PDF files. Word does that with the latest version. That makes a much more secure invoice, that cant be edited unless you have the right adobe software. Thats a plus in my view. Makes the invoice less tamperable - a benefit to the sender. but you might be able to read it on the Ipad.

Hi Sgentry...ipaddeveloper888 has given you very good advice. Have you also looked at apps such as Pages/Numbers/Office2go that may open up these docs as well. Not sure what your intentions are if it is strictly for viewing or further editing on your ipad until you get to your PC etc. Just some other options for you.
