Wifi network audio system

Hi, I own a iPad 2 and have some wireless networking questions and hope to find solutions here. I have a modem router and network drive. I would like to know how I can assess files in my network drive (eg. Mp3 or movies) and play them thru ipad 2 to any wifi/AirPlay/Bluetooth speakers. That meant to say that I will assess the files like apps Filebrowser and assign them to wireless speakers or assign a movie files to the tv.

What are the options and what hardwares are required to perform those functions I mentioned? Thanks.
