
just isn't working for me. I connected iPad2 opened iTunes, clicked on help, clicked check for updates and got message that basically said I have the latest version of iTunes 10 that I downloaded last night. Then it started a sync but got error message that data could not be obtained and to try again later. Nothing about new OS.
Do I try again? Didn't see an option to choose my device. Had to search for the 'help' option which is actually under another heading.
Frustrating...really thought I knew how to do this, but obviously I don't!
