What's the best .avi video player for iPad?

Hello!
Soon I will have my iPad and I would like to be ready for it.

Something that I am going to use a lot is .avi movies (for tv shows)

Right now I have VCL but I guess since it is not going to be updated ,soon it will stop working...

I have seen a lot of alternatives in the app store but most of them with a lot of bad comments.

Which one would you recommend me to buy?
