Hi, friends I installed whats app as most of my friends use android cell.but I think apple have no apps for ipad 4 (only wifi). Plz confirm me so I can connect with android people.

WhatsApp app only works on the iPhone, normally. The App Store will not let you install it on an iPad, because the developer does not list the app as compatible with the iPad.

There are workarounds:

One is to jailbreak. Head on over the Hacking forum to find out what jailbreaking is, how to do it, and the current news jailbreaking.

Another involves a complicated procedure involving your computer, iTunes on the computer, extracting the .ipa file, and another app to manually installing that file on the iPad.

If you have a Gmail account, you can use Google's Hangouts. The app is available in App Store. You'll be able to send messages to Android phones using this app.
