I wouldn't actually touch a wild rodent, especially chipmunks. They sometimes carry plague (yes, THAT plague).

This post handcrafted from 100 percent post-consumer recycled electrons.

Oh LannyC.......these are Canadian chipmunks! Thanks to our amazing health program, all wild animals in Canada are vaccinated regularly and carry no diseases, unlike our politicians who, almost without exception, carry rabies. Lol

Yesterday I saw a tiny wasp or hover fly - non aggressive type - working on some material which had been deposited in a screw hole to our parasol winder casing.

I checked this morning to find it had sealed a tiny nest. .....

... I wish I'd taken pics of the work on progress. Now the job is to wait for the young to hatch out. :)

It's quite a morning here. I've just spotted more mushrooms in our lawn....

The opium poppies are over, so it's the turn of the mushrooms! :)

Our robin loves working around our garden. He frequently lands and rests close to us. I've placed a red circle around him in this photo...

The last one of my lilies to bloom.

Amazing! Much better than shots of hummingbirds at the feeder.

Thank you!

This was one of the best show I have been able to capture with my camera. The hummingbirds are a very difficult bird to catch a shot of in flight or at rest....so even the pics caught at the feeder pleases me just as much! :)

That's fantastic, Skimomkey. It takes some patience to get those photos, and its well worth it.
